This journal is written by Gustavo Zuchinali — five-plus years turning raw data into business decisions.
Today I act as the bridge between leadership and data intelligence: I run the platform that concentrates the company's OKRs, with update and integration routines built on APIs and Python scripts that feed strategic planning with actionable insights.
Before that, I spent a significant stretch in the industrial sector analyzing machine telemetry to optimize maintenance and cut operating costs — work that translated directly into production availability. I have also built end-to-end data collection solutions: from Power Apps capturing field data to RPAs extracting, transforming and processing data out of SAP ECC.
The day-to-day stack: SQL Server, Python, Power BI, dbt, Docker, Git. After hours, the /lab holds the experiments that don't fit on the badge.
